FAQ

How can I order?
Ordering is easy.

Choose categories> choose an article> choose the size and color> add to the shopping cart> choose from 'continue shopping' or 'finish order'> finish> choose payment method> fill in details> order overview> confirm order> pay online.

Click on one of the products in the bar on the left. Several articles now appear on the page. There you make a choice from an article. There you can make a choice with regard to the size. Then click on 'add to the shopping cart'. You see the article immediately in your shopping cart. Then you have the choice of 'continue shopping' or 'complete the order'.
If you want to finish. Choose the payment method. Transfer is prepay by bank transfer. Click on the 'Complete Order' button on the right, fill in the requested information on the form. Then click on 'Finish order' again. An overview of your order will now appear. If everything is right. Then read the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page and check that you have read and agree. Finally click on 'Confirm order' and follow the further instructions.
You will receive our bank details by e-mail when confirming your order.

PAY ATTENTION! Do not forget to mention the order number of your order as a statement on the transfer.

Prices
All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT.

Pay
You can pay with credit card, Paypal and banktransfer. During checkout, you can choose which payment option suits you best. If you prefer not to pay online, you can also transfer the amount to our bank account.
Please note, if you pay by bank transfer your package will only be sent when we have received the payment. This can take a few days.

Pick up or deliver
You choose whether you pick up your purchase yourself or have it delivered at home. You mark your choice in your shopping cart.
You can pick up yourself by appointment. If you pick up your own, of course you pay no shipping costs. If you pick up your order you can only pay cash on the spot. You can also choose to pay online with online payment via bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you have to take into account that it can take up to 3 days before your payment is on our account. The products can only be collected on payment by bank transfer as soon as the full amount is on our account.
Pay locally with your credit card, your bank card is currently not possible.

Shipping costs
Orders are sent via bpost. All packages are sent securely (registered) except for the letterbox post.

Shipping within Belgium:

Package: € 5.00

Shipping to the Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg:

- Package: € 13.00

For other countries please contact us via info@kern02.com
Mail packages are shipped within five business days after we receive the payment. Please note, if you pay by bank transfer it may take a few days before we receive your payment!
If you are not at home, the postman leaves a note in your bus and you can request a second offer by phone or pick up the package within 14 days at the post office or PostPoint.

Gift packaging
If you would like a gift box, you can state this in the comments of your order. You can also add a personal message to it.

Quality
The colors on the photos may differ slightly. The settings and quality of your screen also have an influence on it.

Exchange / Return
If a product does not meet your expectations, the item can be returned within 14 days after receipt of the goods. For exchange you need to send an email to info@kern02.com in which you state that you wish to return the package. The product must be returned within 14 days after the day of receipt, undamaged, complete and in its original packaging. The costs for returns are at your own expense. Return shipments can be refused if the conditions are not met.
